In fiscal year 2023, 93% of Carter Center expenses supported the Center's Health and Peace programs, 3% supported fundraising activities, and 4% supported the Center's administration.
An outside accounting firm conducts an annual audit of The Carter Center, which is published in our annual report. In addition, an all-volunteer board of trustees oversees the work of the Center, sets policies and procedures, and monitors the budget and expenditures.

The Carter Center does not sell, rent, or trade the names or addresses of its current donors, and we will never share email addresses.
